Cocktail attire. Please note that we strongly suggest guests do not wear heels. Sandals or a low block heel will be fine, but wedges and stilettos are not recommended. The venue has uneven ground (rocks, mossy + grassy areas) and requires walking up a hill. Please check the weather leading up to the wedding and note you may need a light sweater or jacket as the entire evening is outside.

• We are providing bus transportation from Thousand Island Park to Keewaydin State Park Marina. This option will work well for those staying in the Park or nearby. The bus departs from The Guzzle in TI Park at 3pm. Please meet at The Guzzle by 2:45pm to catch the bus.

• If you will not require bus transportation, please drive yourself to Keewaydin State Park Marina (there is ample parking) and plan to arrive by 3:15pm. Once you get to the kiosk of the state park, veer left down to the marina and parking lot. Look for signs for boats to our wedding.

• From Keewaydin State Park Marina there will be boat (pontoon) shuttles to Comfort Island where the ceremony and reception will take place. This will be about a 3 minute boat ride. Boat shuttles begin at 3:15pm and will end at 4:15pm.

• There will be pontoon boat shuttles available for the duration of the evening should you need to leave the island at any time.

• Boat shuttles will bring guests back to Keewaydin State Park Marina at 10:15pm when the reception ends. There will be bus transportation back to TI Park for those who need it, departing around 10:30pm and 10:45pm.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remote area and there are no Uber/Lyft/ride share options. Please plan to drive yourself to/from Keewaydin State Park Marina or RSVP for the bus transportation from TI Park when you RSVP for the wedding.

Please do not arrive on your own boat to the island for the wedding. We have limited docking space. Please rely on the provided boat shuttles from Keewaydin State Park to the island, and on the bus shuttle from TI Park to Keewaydin State Park.

Yes, there will be ample parking near The Guzzle for the welcome party on Friday, and ample parking at Keewaydin State Park Marina for the wedding.

We suggest renting a cottage in Thousand Island Park, renting an AirBNB on Wellesley Island or in Alexandria Bay, staying at the The Wellesley Island Hotel in TI Park, or staying at the Harbor Hotel in Clayton. It all depends on the access to events and transportation you would like for the weekend. Evan and Jason are happy to talk through this with you.

You have a few options if you are flying to our wedding. Syracuse, NY airport is the closest airport and will require a 1.5 hour drive North to the Thousand Islands region. Toronto is another option that may have more flight options. Toronto is about a 3 hour drive, back over the Canada/US boarder to the wedding weekend activities.

Please be checking the weather as you approach the wedding date. But expect the end of the evening to be chilly. Plan for a sweater or jacket especially for the return pontoon boat ride back to Keewaydin State Park Marina.

Please bring your kiddos to the Friday welcome party! The Guzzle is an extremely kid-friendly place and is across the street from an epic playground in TI Park.

We kindly ask that you do not bring your kids to the wedding. The island, especially at night, is not safe for them. We appreciate you respecting our request!

The reception will end at 10pm on Comfort Island. We will then gather at the The Wellesley Hotel Restaurant in TI Park to host an extended party and more time with everyone we love!
